1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Eltrove ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Eltrove is an algorithmic trading service that uses predictive models to generate trade signals and execute orders through your connected brokerage account. Eltrove does not hold, custody, or manage your funds. All orders are placed directly through your brokerage via API keys you provide.

3. No investment advice

Eltrove is a software tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice. Past performance of any model, strategy, or backtest does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and financial outcomes.

4. Risk disclosure

Trading securities involves significant risk of loss, including the possible loss of all capital. Algorithmic trading systems can malfunction, produce erroneous signals, fail to execute, or execute incorrectly. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of the capital in your connected brokerage account.
• Eltrove does not guarantee any return, profit, or performance outcome.
• You are responsible for monitoring your account and disabling the Service if you observe undesired behavior.
• Market conditions, broker API failures, and software bugs can all negatively impact performance.

5. Account and API key security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Eltrove login credentials and your brokerage API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Eltrove encrypts your brokerage credentials at rest and does not display them after initial entry. If you believe your keys have been compromised, revoke them from your brokerage immediately.

6. Subscription and billing

Eltrove is a subscription service billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first charge. Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation halts future billing; existing positions are left unchanged (Eltrove does not liquidate without your action).

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Eltrove to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws.
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other abusive trading practices.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eltrove and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits. Even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
